Information related to programs—including details, requirements, and contact points—was previously scattered across multiple documents and communication channels, making it difficult for prospective students and institutional partners to access what they needed efficiently. Existing materials were also primarily available in a single language, limiting accessibility for both international audiences and local stakeholders. In addition, updating news and program information depended heavily on developer involvement, slowing down announcements and reducing content agility. The absence of a centralized platform for partnership inquiries further created challenges in managing and tracking institutional engagement requests. On the operational side, backend limitations caused data loss during server restarts, reducing the reliability of stored requests and content management processes.

To provide a single, reliable, bilingual hub where prospective students and partner institutions can discover PCU's international programs, explore life on campus, read the latest news, and initiate partnership meetings — while giving the International Office an easy way to keep all of that content current.
