ASINAN QUEEN Landing Page
ASINANQUEEN is an established Indonesian F&B brand: pickles, rujak (traditional salad), fruit salad, desserts, and healthy drinks, with several outlets in Malang, Surabaya, and Jakarta and over 146,000 active Instagram and TikTok followers. What the brand lacks is its own digital home. Until now, all traffic has been driven by social media: menus are scattered across old posts, outlet addresses are in bios and comments, and the same questions (“how much is it?” , “which branch is closest?” , “is it still open?”) are answered manually over and over again. This website was designed to take that burden off our shoulders—and serve as an official address that can be found through search, not just Instagram.
The problem
ASINANQUEEN is not a startup looking for validation — it is a brand that has already won. Since around 2018, what began as a personal craving for good asinan has grown into a multi-outlet business across Malang, Surabaya, and Jakarta, backed by more than 146,000 engaged followers across Instagram and TikTok. By any normal measure, the hard part — building something people actually want — is done. But that success has outgrown its infrastructure. ASINANQUEEN's entire digital presence lives inside rented land: social media feeds it doesn't control the structure of. The menu is scattered across months of old posts. Outlet addresses sit buried in a bio link or in the replies to a two-year-old caption. And every day, the same three questions get typed into DMs by different people: How much does it cost? Which branch is closest to me? Are you still open right now? Someone on the team has to answer each one, manually, over and over, because there is no single place that already holds the answer. This is not a traffic problem or a demand problem. It's an information-architecture problem. The brand is discoverable on social platforms by people who already follow it, but close to invisible to someone who simply searches "Asinan Queen Surabaya" — and that search moment, standing outside a mall deciding where to eat, is exactly when the brand most needs to be found. Without an owned website, ASINANQUEEN has no address of its own: no place built to be found by strangers, trusted by press or future franchise partners, and fast enough to answer a question before someone gives up and picks somewhere else.
Purpose
The purpose of this website is narrow and deliberate: give ASINANQUEEN a digital home that does the work its Instagram bio link currently can't, without pretending to be something the brand isn't. Three jobs, done at once, with none allowed to dominate the first screen: drive orders by making the menu and the ordering channels impossible to miss; tell the brand's story so a first-time visitor understands the "healthy but actually delicious" positioning and the founder's journey from home craving to multi-outlet business; and help people find an outlet — city by city, with real addresses, real hours, and a map, so "which branch is closest" stops being a question anyone has to ask a human. Underneath those three jobs sits one more, quieter purpose: to make ASINANQUEEN findable on its own terms. A visitor arriving from a Google search for "Asinan Queen Malang" should land somewhere as complete and as fast as a visitor arriving from the Instagram bio link — because most of them are standing on a phone, outside somewhere, deciding in the next thirty seconds whether to walk in. The site isn't meant to replace the brand's social presence or reinvent its personality into something more corporate. It's meant to give that personality — tropical, playful, a little cheeky, rooted in something homemade — a permanent address that search engines, journalists, and future franchise partners can actually find.
